I've so been there! I used to be stressed, anxious and in my head 24/7...

👉  I would wake up feeling anxious, launch into my to do list, rush around all day, ending up pretty overwhelmed...

👉  Slowing down felt impossible because I put so much pressure on myself to be productive and "perfect" in every. area. of. life.

👉  I had NO clue what to do with my anxiety - I’d either ignore it and let it stew... OR frantically try to get rid of it and end up getting *even more* anxious

👉  I’d try to think my way out of emotions and end up getting stuck in them, feeling like there was something wrong with me
